When my guy joined the military it was one of the hardest things I had ever had to deal with, and I wish that someone had told be about what I was getting myself into when he left. So, to help those who are going to be in the same situation that I am in I decided to start this blog telling people about what it's like to be in this type of relationship. Hey! So this is just a friendly suggestion, not meaning to attack at all in any way. But in your tags, I noticed that you tag all the branches, but you’re missing the Coast Guard. Being a military S/O myself, I can speak for plenty of others who have had to deal with long distance while their other half was away for 8 weeks at basic training, 3 months to a year underway, or even serving in Afghanistan. I’d love to see your military girlfriend page cover ALL armed force branches :)
No problem. I was thinking about tagging them too, but I wasn’t quite sure if they ran things the same way all the other branches do so I held off. Thanks for letting me know. :)
